We are a growing creative enterprise with three branches:

• T Baldwin Music – live music performance, contracts, and entertainment services

• MEOW Academy – arts education programs in schools and community spaces

• Digital Media Collective – podcast and media production services

We’re seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support daily operations across all three brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and can balance administrative work with marketing and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Administration & Scheduling

• Manage calendar and appointments across businesses

• Schedule rehearsals, classes, recordings, and performances

• Prepare, send, and track contracts, bids, invoices, and payments

Marketing & Communications

• Draft and schedule social media posts and newsletters

• Assist with event promotion and SMS/email distribution

• Update websites with new programs, events, or media

Operations Support

• Support payroll, invoices, and expense tracking

• Coordinate with band members, instructors, and production clients

• Keep projects and deliverables on timeline

Special Projects

• Assist with live events, educational programs, and media productions

• Serve as point of contact with vendors, partners, or schools when needed

• Contribute to building systems that keep the businesses running smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, social media platforms, basic Canva or similar tools

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Experience in admin, marketing, or creative industries a plus

Position Details

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience

• Flexible scheduling with weekly check-ins

• Hybrid role (remote tasks + occasional in-person support in Montgomery area)
